AGODCO roots are firmly embedded in the Arabian Gulf where in 1978 one of its founding partners established his participation in the oil and gas industry as an equipment and technical services trading company. Joining hands with British, Greek and American partners, the Arabian Gas and Oil Development Company was the ultimate vision of the founders.

With investments in Maritime, together with onshore technical services for oilfield development and hydrocarbon transportation, the group of companies, and stakeholders consolidated in 2011 and unification came under the rebranding as the Arabian Gas & Oil Development Company or, better known as its acronym “AGODCO”.

We may have travelled the sands of time but today, our eminent advisory body at our in-house consultancy firm VGA, combines deep technical and sector expertise within, as well as seeking to influence the evolution of a more flourishing philanthropic approach to business in the Arabian World.

With the acquisition of the “Sure-Lock” also in 2011, AGODCO rebranded the technology to “Stealth-Lock” and then set upon a multi-million dollar validation and R&D investment program to ready the new technology for Oil & Gas market introduction.

Stealth-Lock is not only the Original Equipment Manufacturer but it is also joint-ventures with global partners to achieve the goal of delivering the system in the field. Monitoring, interfacing and ensuring the safety and integrity on each and every project – just about anywhere in the world.
