PIPELINE PROJECT ENGINEERS

We have a number of positions available worldwide with the designation of Pipeline Project Engineer, with overall responsibility for managing the Stealth-Lock assets and human resources, on specific projects. These posts require a minimum of a B.Sc. diploma in mechanical engineering (or equivalent).

Directs and coordinates bidding, negotiation, and project execution activities of several disciplines on engineer, procure, construct (EPC) pipeline projects of moderate to large scope or a combination of smaller EPC projects. Duties include direct coordination with client, contractors, material suppliers, and other external stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include supervision and coordination of multidiscipline engineering, permitting, land acquisition, procurement, inspection and construction management teams. Responsible for overall project management, project planning, scheduling, resource management, budgeting and establishing and meeting critical project objectives. Other duties also assigned.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
- Familiar with industry practices and permitting requirements for pipeline design and construction.
- Familiar with all relevant codes and regulations.
- Especially familiar with CFR 49, Part 192 and Part 195; ASME B31.4 & B31.8, ISO21329.
- Must have ability to deal effectively with a wide variety of project-related matters.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Professional Registration preferred.

- Minimum 10 years related experience, including 3 or more years managing EPC projects.
- Experience with the construction of a pipeline.
- Design, maintenance and construction experience building pipelines.
- Linear experience.

This position, in the Stealth R&D group, will work in a team-based environment in the continual development of the Stealth-Lock Technology. In the position, the colleague will have the opportunity to work with the Stealth-Lock product from the design and validation phases through production. The employee will work closely with other disciplines across the company to continue to deliver a World Class product.

- 2-year associate degree with two year related work experience
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and SolidWorks
- Advanced proficiency using Pro/E or other solids modeling software required
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office and Word Processing software
- Good grasp of basic hydraulics and pump selection
- Have a basic understanding of pumping systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and make use of new engineering processes and techniques.
- Ability to work in a team environment.

- Demonstrated ability to lead a small team to timely objectives.

- Experience solving complex technical problems.

QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGERS

Stealth-Lock Quality Assurance Managers (QAMs) are responsible for managing and performing the daily QAQC responsibilities of specific Stealth-Lock projects to ensure the projects are constructed in accordance with the established minimum standards and compliant to the Stealth-Lock Technical Procedures & Specifications.

The QAM’s role includes direct oversight and review of the entire documentation and physical inspection phase of the workflow process and working with other in-house personnel (e.g.: Project Managers, Superintendents, etc.) and external personnel to produce and document a quality product. The QAM reports directly to Stealth-Lock’s Vice President of Operations for the sake of assuring that a conflict of interest does not occur among the productivity, schedule, and the quality objectives of each and every project.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management.
- Professional credentials - current QAM certification issued by recognized institutions.
- Strong working knowledge of mechanical (preferably pipeline), civil and electrical work.
- Good understanding of project change administration and how this affects Quality.
- Solid understanding of means and methods of mechanical construction.
- Proficient with computer software used in the construction industry.
- Familiar with all relevant codes and regulations.
- Especially familiar with CFR 49, Part 192 and Part 195; ASME B31.4 & B31.8, ISO21329.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Professional Registration preferred.

- 10 years of direct experience or 20 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the mechanical pipeline construction industry.
- Design, maintenance and construction experience building pipelines.
