PIPELINE PROJECT ENGINEERS
We have a number of positions available worldwide with the designation of Pipeline Project Engineer, with overall responsibility for managing the Stealth-Lock assets and human resources, on specific projects. These posts require a minimum of a B.Sc. diploma in mechanical engineering (or equivalent).
Directs and coordinates bidding, negotiation, and project execution activities of several disciplines on engineer, procure, construct (EPC) pipeline projects of moderate to large scope or a combination of smaller EPC projects. Duties include direct coordination with client, contractors, material suppliers, and other external stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include supervision and coordination of multidiscipline engineering, permitting, land acquisition, procurement, inspection and construction management teams. Responsible for overall project management, project planning, scheduling, resource management, budgeting and establishing and meeting critical project objectives. Other duties also assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
- Familiar with industry practices and permitting requirements for pipeline design and construction.
- Familiar with all relevant codes and regulations.
- Especially familiar with CFR 49, Part 192 and Part 195; ASME B31.4 & B31.8, ISO21329.
- Must have ability to deal effectively with a wide variety of project-related matters.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Professional Registration preferred.
- Minimum 10 years related experience, including 3 or more years managing EPC projects.
- Experience with the construction of a pipeline.
- Design, maintenance and construction experience building pipelines.
- Linear experience.
